Workshop Wars:..Teabreak..take Seven hungry men, and four sticky donuts. First four get into the tearoom and the following three who were working diligently come into the tearoom 5 mins later to see the first four licking sugar off their fingers...and an empty bakery bag.
You were lucky with the weather! Green oak is so beautiful, smells divine, and is good for the environment. we had a 1590's cruck frame cottage, and I should think One of these ''New'' oak frame homes will be around in 500y time.I'm glad that the old skills still exist, and an ex Army man used to say ''If a craftsman keeps his kit and tools neat, clean, and honed, that's the chap you want''. looks as if you uphold this high standard of workmanship.

Nice one Rupert and crew.
Thought I spotted Steve's Landy near the start, but it hadn't been rolled so it couldn't have been!
