  • unfortunately there are pitchers who think they are the best, maybe who are told are good by a few college coaches but will only make it so far with a poor attitude. Attitude is truly everything!

  • this sucks i already know how to throw like this actually i pitch like i pro i have been told be college coaches so i need to know actually how to throw harder... oh wait i do train yourselves and get fit, get ripped. ok

  • @llamas991 Good luck to you! I hope you are successful. Have you seen Mr. Deeds?

  • I'm 15 and I throw 3 quarters and clock 79 and I was wondering if I should start to throw over the top even though I feel more soreness after throwing over top?

  • @skateable423 No! Don't change your arm angle, you'll run into a certain injury.

  • For all of those that have asked, yes our new baseball DVD series is now available on our sites.

  • @llamas991 repeating what PA says about attitude, you should also think about growing up a bit, mentally. "this sucks i already know..."? Was this video intended for just YOU? I have a 9 year old who's learned much from this. The world doesn't revolve around you or Clayton Kershaw but the difference is he knows this, Cy Young Award and all. I promise you won't get as far as you think until you pull your head out of your arse.

  • Anyone have advice, I never had training I havent played baseball since 5th grade I am 17 and apparently I throw 65mph and my friend who throws 88 and my age says that is pretty good considering I never had training. Any tips?

  • Good tips about leading with your hips, but it bothered me when he talked about curling your leg to gain velocity.. if you look at his foot, it is not parallel with the rubber at all, i can understand it being a little bit "cocked", but that is pretty extreme.. when he comes to his balance point, his leg is not very curled at all in terms of his body position, but it looks that way.. if you were to turn that foot so that it was parallel with the rubber, im sure you would see a vertical leg lift.

  • hey i just wanna say thanks i am a good lefty pitcher wit insane acuracy...this vid will deffinitly help with the speed part..im 14 and now ican prob throw (with the help of this video) mid 60s..and thats good for someone who has been playing for only 3 years right?

  • Ill use tht today at my game see how tht goes sounds great
