i recently started a hand grip exercise that i am very happy with , i take a blanket roll it up and squeeze it as hard as possible then pull with my forearms as if i am ripping something apart . 2 min and your forearms will begin to burn

love it mate! that would be a great help for me....coz i got a weaker left hand in my drumming.....wew...at least i can develop muscles in my left hand by doin stuffs u did....thanx a lot mate! pinas is a great place to live...i hate my place....crowded....people talk shit! london...but now i'm here in birmingham! cool punkrockers here....hehehe! well...cheers!

very clever use of items 'commonly found around the home.' The chair exercises especially impressed me...you get all the motions and the rock looked like a good thing too. I have recently begun specializing on wrist/forarm exercises and your's are ingenious.
