@02qwerty: That's because our technical support know about as much english as a toddler does, lol.
I work at 1and1 and I can agree our support is lacking in regards to certain agents (The guy one the phone is someone I know personally).

Bloody hell. 1and1 suck. Although i've never called them, I noticed it in their email responses with very poor english and it looks like a toddler wrote the emails.
It sounds like 1and1 use microphones to change their voice and they are just at home eating dinner and the phone rings.
