A minor technicality, but this is not Rocky Neck State Park... this is the small inlet of Point O' Woods. Rocky Neck is on the other side of peninsula the cameraman is standing on, so they really are pretty much right next to each other. Still, great shots here, and Point O' Woods is one of my all-time favorite Amtrak Railfanning spots.
