This is a Great work out to build your stamina and build your cardio vascular to another level.

**Second** once YOU ARE Ready. Decide What Sets or LEVEL you would like to do.
- Beginner - 10 BUR-PEES / High Knees / Sprint 40-60 Yards
- Intermediate - 15 BUR-PEES / High Knees / OR Sprint BOTH ways.
- Advanced - 20 BUR-PEES / High Knees / OR Sprint BOTH ways. **TWICE**
Once you are FINISHED with the work out. Please STRETCH to AVOID any cramps or muscle puilling.
