  • Gorgeous. So many cannot understand the ritualistic, solo, practicing of a kata over and over again... or the ever-so-slow movements at times. But watching her just makes it all make sense, without even having to hear a word of explanation. The balance, precision, concentration, muscle control, fluidity are just are apparent in every move and their value clear. Watching someone chop a piece of wood or break a brick offer nothing compared to this...

  • @Joninsho totally. makes me think of what Bruce Lee said to that kid in Enter the Dragon, "Emotional content....not anger!" Like watching a great musician or dancer or great anything....feeling in every move. Telling a story...

  • Great balance, strength, precision.

  • She was my fathers teacher. I remember he had this manual and I would trace the pictures. Ahhhh memories.

  • Yes, she has a school in Boston.

  • she's incredible, amazing balance, agility, and flexibility.

  • Superior performance, her movements are so well formed you can feel the emotion in each movement, like each movement is saying something, amazing! Never seen it done the way she is doing it I like her version alot.

  • There are many versions of Seven Star Sword and this performance is at the highest level.Notice the use of the waist and the seperation of Yin and Yang, the body turnover and the tornado spins. I'll never forget when the Shaolin monks came to visit during one of their early tours many of them wanted their pictures taken with her. It should also be mentioned that her stage performances and choreography in theatre and stage also reflect the hard work she puts in her martial arts.

  • See displays grace and power. She is unbelievably gifted. She is the real deal, no gimmicks. She is one of the only masters that is open to sharing all that she knows with her students. This video is only the tip of the iceberg of her skill.......

  • She is just plain amazing, a true gift. I keep coming back to this video. I feel very fortunate that she is kind and open enough to teach anyone who wanted to practice hard and learn. I wish her every fortune in this life and the next.
