I do have a question about planning & core training. I have a problem with soreness after working out that can last several days, part of this may be normal, part of it may be due to a defect in my skull. It causes 15mm of my cerebellum to be pushed down into my spinal column, & as a result, I have had neropothy even before I started lifting weights. I only started lifting recently, & was wondering if, I will build a tolerance to the soreness. If I'm unable to work out 3-4xs week, will I ever?

I love your videos, and your tips. The one about planning is right on the money, its what over eaters have to do to control thier eating. They have to carry popcorn, nuts, and other healthy snacks, so they won't go into the fast food restaurants when driving, or snack on junk food while at work. Likewise, as you pointed out in your e-mail, failing to plan on a protein only day, can end you up in a bakery sampling stuff for your wedding, lol. Congrats by the way.

@DeliBalta02 combine it with HIIT, circuit training and/or power training and you can be lightning fast. well from a martial arts point of view it definitely will and should theoretically work for most other athletes

right on, sometimes people concentrate on the super fancy exercises too much, you forget the basic exercises that give you the best workouts..
