CWC RPG Chapter 1: Mental Blockage

Chris has lost the internet to a slanderous troll and begins his adventure to recover it. However, in order to get to the internet service provider he must first travel through the perilous CWC Woods. Unfortunately the path is blocked by a giant log.

If only he could get into his dad's shed and access the right tools to get rid of the log impeding his path!

Alpha footage: That means its not even in beta yet so don't expect classes, skills, balanced fights etc. What you're seeing is literally 4 days of work by one human being who is trying to make an actual game you guys can enjoy! I'm still learning the system so my initial progression is a little slow.

It should get better as I get more familiar with it. This time around you'll see I incorporated world roaming monsters! (still working on getting them to freeze when you read a sign or open a chest). A lock and item system that allows you to open lock doors with required items etc.

Pretty much your standard RPG stuff. I am trying to go for an earthbound feel to the game because lets face it Chris' life is so effing surreal it is perfect for it.

If you are a scripter or good at designing sprites I NEED YOUR HELP. I have a few monsters made but I am terrible at making sprites for them to roam around in the over world with. If you would like to work on this game and are damn good at making sprites send me a private message with a few examples of the sprites you have made.

Those who assist me on the project will be credited for their respective work and effort. Not to mention you'll get to share in the epic lulz of making a Chris Chan game.
