Seane Corn is an inspired communicator, spirited vinyasa yoga teacher, impassioned public speaker, and global servant. Named the National Yoga Ambassador for YouthAIDS, she is cocreator, with Hala Khouri and Suzanne Sterling, of Off the Mat, Into the World®, a program that trains leaders of activism. She is also creator of the yoga program at Children of the Night, a California-based shelter that houses and educates adolescent prostitutes.

Corn's work continues to evolve and is deeply influenced by many of the great spiritual traditions. Her commitment to make spirituality accessible and inspiring to all is reflected by her own willingness to deepen her personal understanding of the mysteries and her desire to share all that she discovers along the way.

"As we move, breathe, and experience ourselves, vinyasa yoga practice becomes a divine dance and ritual aligning not only our bodies, but also our own creative and intuitive natures," Seane says. "Through the integration of body and breath, movement and meditative awareness, we are reminded of the interconnectedness of all things, and that at the end of the day, we are all here to learn about love."

Funny that some of you commenting think you have the answer in a better way than she does here... and yet... I fully understood what she was saying and I am at a lost to figure out what you are saying. I wouldnt be so egotistical as to try to teach her how to do what she already does so well. A good teacher can explain their subject to ANYONE... no matter what level they are on...you dont need to know special terminology or spiritual-babble to GET her message.

Things are only beautiful or grotesque to the individual. There is only light and shadow to the individual. In truth there is nothing visual. There is no separation at all.  All senses, like visualization, or the declaration of separation between light and dark, one form and another, are only experienced by a separate individual. It actually goes beyond interconnection/interdependenc­e. There ARE NO individuals.
