Her performance was beautiful and sung with humility and grace.

She did amazing on this song and she wasn't trying to sound better than Whitney. It was a tribute for her so everyone can shove it. Whitney is amazing and her music will always be alive.

LOVE. Lets remember Whitney died the day before this performance. Props to Jennifer Hudson. So strong.

It's good it you listen to it and think of Jennifer as Whitney. As if Jennifer is channeling Whitney and telling us, the world, that she will always love us, even in the afterlife.

I think she did well. It wasn't a "stellar" performance, but it was worth listening to. It's obvious she wasn't trying to sing it like Whitney did, so to compare the two isn't particularly fair. It is what it is. I think someone with a...softer voice may have done a bit better for this particular kind of thing. Someone like Leona Lewis, perhaps? She has power, yet softness, to everything she sings. Alas, it was nice. Good job, Jennifer, and grats on your weight loss. Healthy is beautiful.

I actually loved this. I am glad she didn't go for the typical mimic Whitney performance every black girl does.

The negative comments are from the brainless morons who insist on comparing Jen and Whitney, and any other female vocalists. They don't realize nor do they care, that this is a tribute to the fabulous Whitney from another fabulous singer, Jennifer...Obviously the haters have no talent, class or dignity themselves because if they did, they would know that each of these FABULOUS vocalists are different from each other and sing the song from their own interpretations....Haters lose all the time! :)
