Products - Carmex tube & Ziploc Vacuum

A quick video on some nifty items I found. The Carmex tube is great for your tinder as well as it's intended uses. At $1 it's on the money. The Ziploc Vacuum is a great addition to your prepping supplies and much cheaper than a vacuum unit at only a few dollars.

I tried a lot of freeware editing tools and did not find any I liked. I get by with movie magix editor pro 15, they are up to 16 now... you can download it for a month for free and it cost less than $100 if you want to buy it.

I have a foodsaver, they cost hundreds the bags are expensive and 1 in 10 breaks its seal in the freezer. I had not heard of the ziplock bag you have, looks pretty cool.

@JimboJitsu You know I have had some of those bags locked up for a while now. One of them doesn't seem quite sealed but the rest are airtight.

Some good ideas! Wife has one of those vacuum sealer things, I'll have to give it a try.

Carmex and other topicals are things that I carry in my kit for the fact that they are of more than one use. My Altoids Mini can has three OB tampons and a small packet of burn balm from my first aid kit. Both things are multi use. For both first aid and fire starting. Glad to see someone else bring this up.

@TheBackyardBushman Thats good to know. I try to remember to check my foodsavers after a week and if they have broken then I reseal the contents again.
