The procedure is very simple.!
Open FINDER - we go on MACINTOSH HD - we enter into the Library folder -
We go into the Preferences folder - in the end we will find a folder with written
SystemConfiguration transporting abolish it in the trash.
Reboot the machine and we're done Airport back to work.

I have resolved.
"Change Wireless Channels – I noticed that a neighbor recently changed their wireless channel to the same one I was on, it’s a weak signal but can still cause interference. I logged into my wireless router and changed the wireless channel to a more obscure and unique one."
neither the latest os update or airport update have fixed this!! sort it out apple for christs sake!

Now it's working but I didn't do anything.
I disconnect my USB 3g dongle and the wifi Internet connection works properly.
I'm scared to reboot, because yesterday began to work and after a reboot stops.
