is it just me or does tony look smaller? or has he just cut up that much more and lost a little mass? i guess it has been like 7 years since the first P90X came out and he's like 53 now

Well I still don't think P90x is for people who want to "get ripped", but it is a GREAT general fitness program. I hardly do any pure cardio, because I think it's pointless, but I used to use P90x to get a pretty full body workout while also working my lungs because of the short rest periods.
Seriously considering doing P90x again, following it up with the P90x+ (which I've never done) and then maybe hitting this one. What's that like 9 months of workout? Sounds like a great morning routine!
