S L B School.It is a famous school in Nagercoil.The School has a great heritage.Started in late 1920s ,the big E shaped building constructed around early 1940s giving a great land mark to Nagercoil next to Vepamoodu(a 2 century old tree).I have been told this school was given by the Travancore Maharani SethuLakshmi bai only for School education purpose and an agreement that this building should not be used for any other purpose.Earlier there are some attempts to bring collector office to this great school building as it was near to Nagercoil Court.As an alumini of this great School I am very thankful to the Great Maharani of Travancore for her magnanamity giving this prestigious school which in turn had created many eminent persons to society.I do welcome alumini to share their old school photos in this Blog.

WooW,,,,thank you Raj for this video and the song as well. Both go hand in hand well. I am very far from my school right now,,,but those memories haunt me a lot. Memories never go away,,,only we do. I completed my 12th in the year 1992.

hey 1992 till 1998 i studied in this school and no one can compare the wonderful experience of being part of this school...i still have memories of my school days than my college days...very true..this campus has something in it...every time i visit nagercoil i make sure that i spent my eveing in the breezy grounds and under the ever cool and shady neem trees....
