By the way...I consider creatine a form of 'cheating'....I used to use it for a little while....but I stopped...its wrong...its cheating...and it is NOT safe...its like using steroids...it is dangerous to use because everybody always overdoses ...not necessarily overdosing for their muscles...but for their kidney and liver....Health is way more important than aesthetics.....PEACE

As if these guys dont do steroids...and I know they go to the gym.....chinups and dips are great...but they are not the only thing that helps...I am NOT advocating steroids when I mention ths.....THEY ARE WRONG! Cheaters never prosper!
