There is no line because dark skin can be traced back to Africa regardless of how deluted the genes may be. The Ethiopian empire use to spread from what is now know as Africa to the Middle East and throughout Asia. That dark skin and full lips with broad noses come from somewhere because we are all connected in some way or another however far removed.

But she is biologocially mixed. But I think emotionally and based on the worlds perception of her, she's Black. But I think it's deeper than that. In American Black doesn't always mean both parents are Black. Having one Black parent or going as far back as a great grand-parent and maybe further you are considered Black.

I'm enjoying this discussion. I totally agree with the Halle situation. Here's my take on it: In America you are Black even if you are white but if you are White you aren't Black. LOLz What?
