So I finally was able to make this video. even though he left on the 13th december. Walking away from him was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

3 years, 1 month and 3 days.

I got oscar 10th november 2007. The day he arrived he nearly battered the trailer to get out and I was like oh my god how am I going to cope with this horse! Since that day he proved to me that he infact was the most awkward pony on this planet. but he also proved to me how a partnership can triumph through anything.

putting into words what this pony means to me isnt really possible. He was wonderful, frustrating, difficult, loving, selfish, selfless, crazy, sane, my rock. everyday i miss him. i miss him so much. i hope he never forgets me because i sure as hell wont forget him. he was my shining star, my light when everything else was dark. he not only taught me how to ride, he taught me how not to fall. and how to get back up again.

my life wont be the same without my special boy. this video doesnt even start to cover our time together. but its shown me to treasure what you have whilst you have it.

the clips in here are from throughout the time we was with me. the ones sitting infront of the field shelter are particulaly important as that was our last week, and it really was the best week. i spent so much time with him and somehow i think he knew what was happening. the bareback clip was the last time i rode him. although its not on camera, he did actually try to kill me by tanking off the moment i sat on him and was broncing and rearing and generally going crazy, possibly my best piece of riding to date by not falling off! even though it wasnt how i thought our last ride would be, only oscar could have produced such a performance haha and i will never forget it! and the last 3 clips are loading him and driving him to his new yard, and the last clip is the last time i saw him. i was crying to much im surprised i got it on camera at all!

so, oscar, i love you with everything i have and i hope you know how much you touched my life and how happy you made me over the last three years. you will never leave my thoughts and my dreams, i could never even think about forgetting you

Oscar :(!!!!

This video truelly is heartbreaking, I feel like I love him just as much as you do! Even though that's not possible! But I just adore him he's suchhh a little star and I'm absolutely positive this horse will never ever forget you, so don't worry about that atall!! You gave him all the hope and confidence and love he's ever had and made these three years a pleasure for him. It's so difficult to remember him with someone else but wherever he is I'm sure he'll give someone else...

@HeartbreakInSterIero as much joy as he's given you. i know this must be soo difficult for you and I can't begin to imagine how you feel, but Dillon is also one of the most fantastic horses ever to set foot on this earth and I know he'll keep you going and help you through :) So, goodbye Oscar! And hifive for throwing your mum around on the last ride, you knew she'd always remember that forever, didn't you ? hehe! xxxxxx

@HeartbreakInSterIero awww honestly thank you so much for those comments! put a massive smile on my face :) love the hi five part haha i thought it was going to be an emotional last ride but instead he was like naaa im going to give you your first experience of broncing haha typical oscar! he is now at a lovely farm yard with an 18hh horse in the nextdoor stable which he loves and a pony on the other side which he licks the face of apparently haha so hes settled in well! missing him loads...

yay you got your music back! anyway, amazzingggg video , must of taken you forever and its so so sweet . Im so sorry youve had to sell him i cant even imagine how hard it is having to say goodbye to someone whos been such a big part of your life for such a long time it must be heartbreaking . I really hope his new owners love him just as much as you do xxxx

Don't know what I was thinking :) But yes I have loveddd watching you two together, he's such a cheeky monkey and will forever be a legend :D and yes, the 2 comment thing just tends to happen with us two!! hahaha xxxxxx
