@fancysnake1 It's easy to be confused, the title after all is 'Plaster Cast of a Hand'. But yes, he is using alginate.
-
@LeonardoDiCapriSonne I swear I really thought you said plaster D:

Preety cool. She is beautiful.

is that plaster hes using?

Omg I really want to do this with my mom's hands. I kinda want to immortalize the hands that worked so hard to raise me. :)
-
I will try this out tomorrow.. We're required to make negative hand molds with plaster but it's so wasteful since I'm not really any good with plaster. Thanks for the tutorial! :D

I doubt I could get dad to do that ! can I do something with plaster(fast drying?)! :)

Haha your dad is so cool being your victim for all these videos.

Are you sure it's safe to use plaster? Because I read on the box it says: DO NOT attempt to make a cast enclosing any part of the body using this material. Failure to follow these instructions may cause severe burns that may require surgical remove of affected tissues. O_O

so much easier with a hand to dip it into alginate instead of putting it on like this.

Sure it´s easier. But also expensive. My intention is to show how it´s going at a lower price. ;)
