I had the pleasure of talking to Makana on internet radio yesterday, and he was one of the kindest and most thoughtful young men I have ever encountered. In fact, I could barely speak as I was in awe of this guy and what he had to say, not to mention his beautiful guitar playing. As a 60 year old, I can only hope that there are more young people out there like this, young people who truly care about the environment and their fellow human beings.
