Sadly I have not seen this movie although I know all the characters, songs, and storyline. I'm slightly squeamish so I'm afraid to watch night surgeon.... But one day I hope to see it... :)

@TwilightGirFreak in all honesty night surgeon has a lot of implied violence but doesn't actually have that much gore. basically he's cutting at the front of the guy but the camera is behind the victim the entire time. there is a bit at the end when you see the front of the victim in the background with his stomach opened but compared to the rest of the film it's not that bad.
