I am confused , you got water piping in front for longitudinal use , and as far as i know all the 16v italian heads started making water piping just for transverse mounting... i have a 1.6 turbo from delta hf , and it only has transverse water piping , please answer...

I guess this is a right hand drive car, with a Lancia Integrale engine.
Sadly, you cant mount an Integrale engine in a left hand drive 124, because the exhaust pipes are on the wrong side :(
