Child abduction is a crime, even if the child is your own. The damage done to a child caught up in this situation is largely not known by the general public. Pyschologists and child care experts have been researching and documenting this, the effects of the child victims of this crime is devastating, and that's without taking into account the emotional damage done to the left behind parent and extended family.

I think you meant analyze objectively? In taking on a case, there has to be a recognised crime. We base our decisions to take on cases based on what law enforcement and the courts have decided, therefore, I believe we are objective.

The findings in this video, are based on the years of research carried out by respected Doctors in this field.

The simple fact is that child abduction is a crime.

I think this is a wonderful video. Amine who is on this video is my adopted son, from my marriage to his father. The courts awarded me full custody in the U.S. so his father left the country with him. He has posted horrible videos as well on youtube having my son say destestable things, which only proves he does not have my son's best interest in mind. I worry everyday over the emotional stress he is put through. He is loved deeply!

I saw the video of Amine, I found it very sad. His behaviour is not that of a child of that age, and he looked very agitated. See the video response posted above, to the Gregory Mantell, it is about Parental Alienation Syndrome and I would say Amine is very much the victim of this. My 3 children were abducted from our home in Japan by their mother and flown to Canada while I was at work. She had a "friend " in Canada. I am British, she and the Kids Canadian.

At first I could see the kids but now she lives with her lover at her fathers house with my 3 kids and the fathers 2 kids. I saved up to come and see them after not seeing them for 5 months and she hid the kids.

Now TV Record aired the special that was about 2 hours here in USA. Thanks God that despite Globo, the Brazilian could see the real story. I am proud to be Brazilian and I ask my people to support all the parents left behind. This is an agony and they need help.

So in what you are saying here, MY DAUGHTER is not my daughter because my blood does not run through her veins? OK so maybe I should have left her with the biological mother who was using cocaine and other drugs, drinking heavily and driving while she was drinking. Not putting a little child into a car seat and rather driving with her on her lap as a new born and then letting her walk around the car as she was older.

Excellent. Like it has been said, investigations may be carried out to separate the wheat from the chaff and tares. There is always a person who lies to reach his end and plays the victim and that actually is the accused. Innocent people have gone through the death row for lies in that we took for truths. Its Our Syndrome of Guilt. Let's not be stuck with fixed ideas, learn to listen to others and communicate better, this is in the common interest to better understand and enrich our knowledge.
