Or just select the camera,hold down shift and select the empty(camera focus) ,press Ctrl+T and Track To constraint.Thanks for the dynamic spacebar tip:)

nice but my camera spins when it gets past a certain point .. any help >>

This quick tip does not help you rotate the camera around an object in a complete 360 degrees. It is merely just to always have the camera focused at a point of interest. You will have to do that with key frames. Here is a quick tip for that parent the camera to a empty then keyframe the empty with a rotation. Hope that is clear, maybe one day I will do a tut on that and other ways to rotate the camera.
