What to do with a snakehead or other exotic fish? Published 03/06. Update 09/11.I heard that it is illegal to release any nonnative back into the water. Anglers are encouraged to KILL any snakeheads or other nonnative fishes they catch other than peacock bass.

actually buy law you are suppose to kill it if you catch it. the gov. has been trying to rid the world of this creature. they are a threat.
