Here's the end of week 1 of my body building\work out transformation series. I gained 5lbs so im now at 139lbs.
Day 1 consisted of biceps and triceps.
Day 2 chest
Day 3 shoulders and traps
Day 4 back and legs
Repeat and throw in some ab workouts every second day

  • muscle memory :) i belive you on that one for sure but i never knew that there was i thing lol i thought i was just lucky good work anyways for just 1 week im about to see your other vid now

  • shouldnt do biceps and triceps in the same workout. its either biceps and back or triceps ad chest, youll get the most out of the workout that way
