Take the Constitution Voter pledge. These students at the University of Mississippi did and you should, too.

  • Oh yeah and always remember, terrorists and other dangerous killers(including totalitarian governments) love defenseless victims.

Our founding fathers were well aware of this fact and that's why we have the 2nd amendment.

  • CONSTITUTION VOTER???

Doesn't that mean the WHOLE Constitution?

The BILL OF RIGHTS is NOT multiple choice!

    ALL OR NONE.

  • @whoo689 "It was only a matter of time before they all legalized it on their own."

That's patently false. If roe were overturned today, MANY states would criminalize abortion tomorrow.

  • @Jadedbyte Communism and civil libertarianism are almost polar opposites. It's unfortunate that you're too ignorant to tell the difference.

  • @MrDustandechoes screw off Dustdouche. sticking up for the ACLU proves you know nothing about what you're talking about or you're just a communist. Raging idiot liberals.

  • @Chaiyala *facepalm*

  • @whoo689 "Some of you might be surprised, but the ACLU has actually argued in favor of "constitutional protections" for illegals, which don't exist, of course."

Of course they exist. You obviously know nothing about this.

  • @Chaiyala im in this video quite a bit and i voted nader, thanks for the loving words toward the generation that will one day be making the decisions for you, cant wait to see what the next 20 years has in store

  • None of those "Constitution Voters" were original with what they said, they merely copied--word for word--what's written in ACLU's petition.

Yet, somehow, this is meant to show that they're intelligent?

  • The welfare state and those other unconstitutional agencies should be the purview of the states, per the 10th Amendment. But too many liberals overlook that part of the Bill of Rights, oddly enough. It's like it doesn't exist. When's the last time you heard the ACLU argue a big states rights case? Usually if they do it's only b/c the issue conforms to their preconceived liberal notions, not b/c of states rights in and of itself. They think that's some stupid "right-wing" thing.

  • Sometimes, I'm afraid, the ACLU takes the issue of "civil liberties" a little too far and interprets the Constitution too loosely. Look, I am prochoice, but Roe v. Wade's decision was NOT the constitutional one. It should've remained a state issue. After all, by 1973 plenty of states had legalized abortion to some extent already. It was only a matter of time before they all legalized it on their own.

  • Some of you might be surprised, but the ACLU has actually argued in favor of "constitutional protections" for illegals, which don't exist, of course. But their argument is that "persons" refers to ALL people within the US, not just citizens. But this is asinine! Do terrorists have all the rights of law-abiding citizens? Do tourists from abroad? No! No country allows every single person residing within its borders full rights just b/c they're there.
