This is a full game of the SNES version of my most played game, the original Bubsy. I was so eager to play it for the game's audio, but also to see what differences there were between it and the more familiar Genesis version. This is the first take and I only allowed one take so I can accurately relive the experience. The village world isn't too bad and I easily rack up a lot of lives right away. Its music, of which I call "Village Zone", is slightly worse here, mostly due to the looping problems. I like the Genesis version of "Village Zone" nearly twice as much.

  • @ulillillia I saw Bubsy 3D boss fights already.

  • I've done that, taking about 10 hits to do it (my best is 7). I even have a video showing it. Look for "Bubsy 3D boss fights". The giant twin-headed woolie is a pushover boss, so simple a Caveman could do it.

  • @ulillillia Great, now you can fight Poly & Esther, because i can't, i broke the game disc in the end of my review, which is part 4.

  • That's "Bright Lights, Big Woolies", of which I think is level 14. I especially like level 2 the most - 2/3 of all my play time has been spent there. Another 1/5 is spent toward level 1 (which is how I got so many paw points). All the rest is toward the other levels.

  • @ulillillia You even forget, Missing Lynx, Mortal Bobkat, Bright Lights Woolie City, and The Final Strech levels which i like in Bubsy 3D, even i like Claws for Alarm and Clawstrophe levels.

  • Level 2 then 1 in Bubsy 3D are the only good levels in the entire game. This is because you can climb around on the hills surrounding every level. In level 2, you can get so high that, looking down, the ground is pretty much gone from fog and that place is solid too. I didn't really like Bubsy 2 as it didn't have the charm of the first... except the deaths.

  • @ulillillia How come Bubsy 3D is better than Bubsy 2 with the levels?

  • This Bubsy is the best one. I find Bubsy 3D a bit better than Bubsy 2, but only because of what can be done in level 2 (level 1 to a limited extent).

  • Bubsy 1 and 2 is better than Bubsy 3D on PlayStation 1.

  • I used to have this game, LOVED it.
