What kind of flux is used in this video? Is there a specific mfg and type you recommend?

@stevenv1992 Solder does not contain enough flux, and the flux is burnt off after about a second of heating, so more is better.

I never seen that heatsink used - cool.
The solder contains flux so I dont know if its necessary to flux the wire - or is it because its Pb free solder?
