@filmmakerjohnb He was sooo sick.. yet most people saw him as a normal/loving person.. I think he was just evil and sadistic. And if your own kid would die in his hands, you'd want him to get death penalty too. Compared to the families of the murdered, i think death penalty was just an easy escape for someone like that.. And why would you want him in a mental hospital? He was an old child rapist/murderer who was obviously not insane, but just evil..

I usually watch every serial killer movie and documentary, but I don't think I could handle this one-killing little children. If it is graphic this would be going to far for me.

This man would be a poster child for the death penalty! And oh yes it would certainly bring a quick end to his savage crimes. He had a much more merciful end than the innocent children he butchered. In my opinion anyone who deliberately and purposefully preys on others has willingly forfeited their right to live. Animals. The death penalty may not stop others crimes but it damn sure stops the crimes of the dead guy! Sympathy for this guy or anyone like him is misplaced to say the least.
