i went to a Sailor's Guild to sell Discoveries, and somehow got down-graded to Vyse the Fallen Pirate.... any idea what and how this happened, and how to fix this?

It happens immediately when you return to Crescent Isle after Yafutoma, when you get the 'World is Round' Discovery. To fix it you go to any sailors guild and check the bounty list to see Vyse is on it. Then go to Nasrad and on the steps leading to the palace you'll fight the Imposter Vyse, Aika, and Fina. If you beat them your name will be cleared.

Is cupil wieght better than claymore? I've never heard of that one.

Yes. It has the highest attack value for Cupil that is available before Final Cupil.

Can't you get to the final cupil by two ways? I'm pretty sure you can have either cupil claymore or cupil weight as the highest before you get cupil final... Though I could be wrong. I do know that you have to get the 3 abirik chams as well to get final cupil (by the merchant you helped out, selling fish to a merchant near horekota and doing the kabal skewer sidequest).

yeah, it doesn't matter how you feed him the chams once you have 30 chams, 3 abirik chams, he becomes Final Cupil

Glad to hear you found the cham. I remember being annoyed looking for the chams I had left out, turned out one was at moonstone mountain and the other was the shrine island one. Final Cupil is pretty cool, but it reminds me of Fina's super move Lunar winds (I think it's that one anyway! Lol)

i found it! lol it was in Shrine Island, thank god, and yes i got all the abirik chams. finally got final version of cupil, it's pretty sick

God, moonstone mountain was my least favourite place to find chams... There are two, but the whole place is a freaking maze! Have you remembered the abirik chams btw?
