@george300372 He embraced them not in acceptance of beliefs but in true Christian Charity in love for all men so that they might see how the Christians do shine as a light to the world meeting their enemies and non-belivers with open arms outstretched in love. Whats wrong with that?

Pope Pius IX, Syllabus of errors:Man may, in the observance of any religion whatever, find the way of eternal salvation, and arrive at eternal salvation.CONDEMNED!

Sheen taught that outside of the Catholic Church there is salvation. We hope and pray for their conversation, Conservatism was an act of Sheen.

But the things which proceed out of the mouth, come forth from the heart, and those things defile a man (Matt 15:18)

@Catholic710 My friend, hate sin and love thy sinners. Fulton Sheen tries to bring people together because then the Word of God may be spread among them. All people have the potential to become what God made them to be, whether or not they believe in Him. And you say he's a conservative Catholic because HE PRESERVES AND PREACHES THE TRUTH AND WISDOM OF GOD? What else must you say?

@gluemuncher1986 My friend, if God were not a religion none of us wouldn't have any sense of morals. God is supreme being for a reason; His Wisdom, His Love, His Power is greater than any man. You may not believe in Him, but you at least believe in his ways. In fact, just by doing the "good" things that your parents or any others that have taught you, you are preaching his ways. All you have to do is unwrap the blindfolds that you so much refuse to remove to see the Light.

@PInk77W1 Sheen was clearly a ardent ecumenist. This has been condemned over and over. In regards to almsgiving, dont be fooled. Outside of the Catholic Church there is no salvation period. Please everyone seek the truth, it dosent matter if you have prophesised, gave alms, or cast out devils, if that person is seperated from the unity of the Church he is lost. "I have never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.(Matt 7 :23)" For by the fruit, the tree is known". (Matt 12:33)

@PInk77W1 Hopefully you will seek the truth. I am faithful to EXACTY what the Catholic Church has defined infallibly in regards to faith and morals. Since Pius IX 1878 the doctrine of Cathoilic teaching is exactly opposite. Sheen was a bold heretic (read his book)

@GabeLogin The question should be explain how Antipope JohnXXIII can be a pope. And Sheen the evil apostate is nothing but a wolf in sheeps clothes. A wolf because he promotes the evil doctrine of ardent ecumenism, see his autobiography Treasure in Clay ( before you respond) a sheep because he acts like a conservative Catholic. Simply diabolical.
