I knew this was just going to be an ad for some small time YMCA club that wants to teach "Martial Arts"..this is basicly an LA Weightloss advertisement, cause it sure as hell isn't meant to teach you self defense. I mean listen to his quote at 1:10 ..are you kidding me? Props to the guy for trying to expand his fitness program, but...well..idk..I guess it's just not for me, lolz. Or anyone else that's serious about martial arts for that matter.
