Revenge of Bizzaro

One of the most occuring Legion of Doom members in the Super Friends was Bizzaro, Superman's imperfect double. He has a new plan, to change the Super friends into Super Bizzaro's in this 1980 adventure.

@SithHound Yup, Blue K. In the books Blue Kryptonite was created by Luthor's duplactor that made Bizarro. It was an imperfect Green K. In cannon it could only harm Biazarros, but for the cartoons it aided Superman. Just be glad they never brought in Jewel Kryptonite, that would have confused the hell out of new viewers.

Did anyone ever notice that Bizarro's "S" logo was actually the backward Superman "S" logo from The Golden Age version of Superman stories?

@yowvapaa: technically, though, green Kryptonite doesn't instantly kill Superman, neither...only makes him weaker and weaker. The same holds true for Bizarro...the blue Kryptonite only causes weakness, too. Prolonged exposure would certainly cause death, though. When Hawkman and Hawkgirl were flying off with Bizarro they had the blue Kryptonite on the outside of the force field as perhaps a weapon just in case anything would happen if Bizarro broke lose somehow.

Interesting that the Blue Kryptonite does not kill Bizzaro in this episode as it is as fatal for him as Green Kryptonite for Superman.
