@Galal0110 you are wrong in the christian bible when jesus greets the apostles he greets them peace be unto you.this in Hebrew is Shalom Alekhem=Aramaic Salaam Alaykum=Arabic same thing.So you are incorrect on this point.

@NavidYazdani I understand what you mean but I beg to differ. iLah is the Arabic word for a God, not Allah. The word Allah is exclusive to the One Mighty and Only God of Islam. You know what I mean? there's a difference. You're right about how AlsalamAlaykom is used colloquially these days. I was just correcting the guy who said it has no Islamic roots at all. Peace.
