However, now we are supplying footage for you to use in any manner you want in any videos you want. Feel free to use any clips in the DGUSA and EVOLVE creative commons reels for your own editing use. You can use this footage in any types of videos, they don't just have to be DGUSA and EVOLVE videos. You cannot use any DGUSA and EVOLVE footage that is not included in these creative commons reels. You can combine footage from the various creative commons reels.

I think DGUSA are playing against themselves by not allowing video editors to use DGUSA footage. The more DGUSA videos, the more it helps their own visibility and popularity.
