You don't get my idea. Everyone knows about Marco Polo's story, but the Chinese, who invented noodle, at least do something more appropriate. In this case, they could have used their own noodle.
What I was trying to say was that Chinese often do sloppy job. Period.

Hihihi the Chinese dare use Italian spaghetti noodles to cook a bowl of so-called Chinese Beef Tendon Soup noodle??? They should have used their own noodles instead. It's like using Japanese Udon to make a dish of Italian pasta w/ tomato sauce...LOL
