Take a 1-hour guided tour through A-Grocery Warehouse, one of Los Angeles's best stocked Asian markets. Robert and Roy will walk you through the market, explaining the origin, describing how its made, and giving insight on uses while tasting ingredients in the aisles. After your tour dont go far since the Kogi Truck is coming at 6pm to serve its food and one of Chef Danhis recipes Thai Explosively Flavored Tamarind-Coconut Bites with Peanut, Miang Khum the food on the truck is open to all!

$40 per person including Roberts book Southeast Asian Flavors and a gift bag with Asian ingredients you can use to create the flavors of Asia in your own kitchen.
