Do you get blisters? That's very much "hard style" snatch technique.

@StrengthFromAbove83 No blisters, but I do take care of the calluses I build up. I use a pumice stone to keep those in check. Only when I don't take care of those do I run into hand trouble.

@StrengthFromAbove83 Yea holding your breath is a recipe for disaster. You still need to breath while performing your reps. The breathing ladders really only apply to the rest periods. It just gives you a way to learn to breath SLOWER and take DEEP BREATHS while resting. Kind of self-correcting once you get into the higher rep ranges.

@TurboChamp No breath hold, usually a sharp exhale at the top. You just can't hear it in the video. Sometimes I will change my breathing and exhale on the downswing and inhale on the upswing, but I never hold my breath.
