TF2 Graphical Problem (Fix in the description)

EDIT: Fixed!
How to fix: In your Steam games library, right click TF2 and click properties. Click on Set launch Options and type in -dxlevel 80. It will make water white and you cannot see paint, but it still works.

Anyways, if the video doesn't show the glitch, here it is:
Miscolored spots, probably some mistextured spots, stretched out characters, weapons, and probably more than that, but this is all I noticed.
