Weight Health Synergy: the Incredible Weight Loss and Healing Properties of Diatomaceous Earth

I'd never heard of this stuff until this past summer when my Mum gave me some to try. She'd been given some by a friend and was really impressed with the resulting health gains she had.

I started taking it hoping it would help my knee which has been problematic on and off for a few years now. I was pleasantly surprised to find that, not only did it help my sore knee, it accelerated my weight loss!

nice i just found out about this stuff while doing research on my war plan against cockroaches...

This stuff should be worth its weight in gold.... It's good for us, AND it's terribly bad for the roaches. (even the food grade stuff apparently)
