  • Herreweghe's is the best Magnificat by far. Both of his Magnificat recordings for Harmonia Mundi are top notch.

  • The fecit potentioam could be a little bit fastr no?

  • Absolutely astonishing. This should mollify the staunchest "traditionalist" as respects Big and Slow Bach performances.

  • Smak.

  • Lustig, dass diese Interpretation näher an der Karajan- als an der Harnoncourt-Version ist.

  • Herreweghe is up there with today's great Bach interpreters.
