I lost a match and i played exacly like you,
you can win if 2 stacks are there, 1 stack with any coins and one stack with one coin.

There is nothing to memorize in this game whatsoever, anyone who can just figure out the intrinsic math of this game doesn't need any combos. Here's how: You have three piles of coins. ALWAYS make sure that the two smaller piles add up to the same amount of coins as in the larger pile, and that's it. There's one other exception...
