With a slumping economy and anxiety about job security, temporary employment agencies are seeing a rise in applicants. Although the title is promising, the book is poorly written and the data highly questionable. There are many good books out there which deal with temp workers but we do not recommend the book by Smith.

lower wages, fired at a whim for no reason, unstable income, etc.. its hell, lotta companies keep people as temps for years just because its cheaper than hiring them, no retirement package, lower wages, etc.. its an evil thing
