I caught him with 2 ultra balls, no status debuff, and i think i had him nearly 1 HP.

There's nothing special about catching it in one Ultra Ball. Dialga and Palkia have one of the highest legendary catch rates, at 45, which isn't terribly low. Hell, I caught my Palkia in a single Heal Ball. I dare you to do it for Giratina or anything else.

haha i was gonna wait till i leveld up my pokemon till lv 100 to catch dialga and plakia but got lazy and just put up a shedinja! :D dialga or palkia couldnt touch my level 20 shedinja XD
