rich2rock...ah, you are such a cynic. Maybe in your case the glass isn't even half-empty...it's halfway to hell.

Did you see this when it ran? I did. No one in the room was able to speak.

We all saw it as a tribute, not as crass commercialism to sell beer.

You are free to see it any way you like.

Yeah! Lets drink to 9/11!! Let's drink our problems away!!!! That is what commercial is saying to me. Drink budweiser and defeat the terrorists!! That's the answer, huh? Let's face it, it's a superbowl commercial, not a public message. It's about money and advertisements. Period. They should have given the money they spent to air this when they did, on supporting the victims of this tragedy.

What the "global warming" people don't tell you is that during the middle ages, there was a period hotter than anything we have experienced to date...the world is still here. It's all about taxing and making money on false information. Cap and Trade is terrible. There is a tax on the methane produced by cattle. Taxing for farting. Animals have been farting on this planet for millions of years. Give me a break. That only breaks the surface. Try reading it and see what a joke it is.

WOW! Who peed in your Cheerios? I like the commercial, and think it's appropriate for companies to show support for those suffering from loss. And, someone should have told you when you were much younger that profanities and a cynical attitude, such as you have displayed, are very unattractive. If you do indeed curry love, as your name indicates, you would be wise to remember that.

@lovemunster --Perhaps the shame here is in your willingness to jump to conclusions, to paint the commercial with a cynical brush, instead of considering that those involved might truly be wanting to show support and grief. The commercial aired only once, so as not to capitalize off of the tragedy. Doesn't that speak in the company's favor? And, for the record, nothing is really "obvious", since we all view the world through our own prejudices. Your note says volumes about yours.
