Chef Tony shows you how to prepare one of his favorite marinade recipes; and explains how to use it to inject your turkey or other poultry. Once injected, your turkey will be perfect fried, smoked, or roasted.

Ingredients:
Turkey (12-14 Lbs) - 1

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/4 cup
Butter (melted/ cooled) - 1/4 cup
Marsala Wine - 1/2 cup
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Honey - 1 Tbsp

Black Pepper - 1 Tbsp
Kosher Salt - 1 Tbsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Rubbed Sage - 1 tsp
Rosemary - 2 tsp
Thyme - 1 tsp
Orange Zest - 1 orange
Cayenne Pepper - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 Tbsp
Onion Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp

  • @914576 inject part of turkey with garlic and melted butter or veg oil. inect another half with cajun seasoning (tony Chachere's) and butter/veg oil.  Might put in some seasoning of youre taste. Makes turkey with different tastes for different people.
