  • Would u recommend this or a 1/4 inch thick 1095

  • @boblyism ...this or "a 1/4 thick 1095" what? Grayman Ground Pounder, West Nile Warrior, etc...

    Get both...

  • Do u know what some of the best knife steels are

  • @boblyism...I'm no expert but, the leading knife-makers are and what they're using in their blades is probably a testiment to that.

S30V: used by Strider, ZT, Chris Reeve, Benchmade, etc...

154CM: used by Emerson, Benchmade, Spyderco, etc...

D2: used in this knife (Kershaw Outcast), Benchmade, REKAT,etc...

These are my favorite steels but, it's not a "Panacea" (cure all)...even 440C, AUS6 or 8 is decent...I' mean this isn't mideval times. A cheap kitchen knife can be used to kill.

  • Hey do u sell your knives I live oahu

  • @boblyism ...No...negative.

  • Do u wear any armor 2 keep yourself safe in public.

  • How close do you live to Hickam Air Base? I swear I heard a C-5 o a C-17 in the background.

  • @boblyism For medium impact chopping, bushcraft, and all around cutting chores edge retention, strength, and toughness are key; for me, INFI and CPM M4 reign supreme here, without much competition. For high impact chopping, toughness and ductility are key, with these steels the heat treat is everything; a properly treated 5160 or CPM 3V are my preference, though a properly treated 1080 or 1090 carbon will suffice. I might also throw INFI into this category, as I'm a Busse nuthugger.

  • @95bullseye Cold steel safemaker 1 or 2 nice push dagger. Or any of the other push daggers that they have

  • i dont know too much about knives but i was looking for somehing i can have for protection and i cant get a gun till im 18. anyone have a suggestion for a knife it has to be small enough to carry without being noticed

  • This would be great, but requires me to be too close. I would recommend a good DZSG for the SHTF scenerio. ZombieTacticalStore(dot)com

  • kratos' knife

  • The only knife that will be good against zombies would be the outcast out of the three you have. I don't think the other two are big enough or have enough blade wheight to be affective.

  • Perfect for reptilians

  • Did they fix the lanyard hole problem
