-Base Coat (use any clear nail varnish of your choice)

-Rhinestones (I bought mine on e-bay. Just type rhinestone wheel in on e-bay)

Gotta buy rhinestones, light blue nail polish and silver nail polish. And clear nail polish, since I don't like using my top coat for gluing down stuff on my nails.

might help is you look at a mirco-chip. since thats similar to the idea of tron really anyhow.
