ilie Kochie has toured the world writing, producing and performing for the past 20 plus years. He has worked with other artists, writers and producers such as Moby, Fela Kuti, Clark Gayton, the Fugees, and Andrea Martin just to name a few. His work has topped the International charts, storming to number one in Japan for 7 weeks, number 5 in Canada and entering the American Billboard Charts at number 27 for a reggae version of "We are Family".
